If you are in Sydney or Melbourne, a RQC team member will visit you to conduct a zero-fee ($0) consultation and assessment in your home or hospital room.
RQC will develop a personalised support plan to match your needs and funding.
We believe in providing quality care that adapts to your changing circumstances. As your requirements may vary over time, your care plan will be regularly reviewed and updated.
All support plans are overseen by a registered nurse, ensuring support right at home.
Our services are available in a range of settings, including your home, assisted living facility, hospital, or hospice. We're committed to providing quality care wherever you need it.
Your carer will be a trained and suitably qualified Support Worker - carefully selected with your goals in mind, bringing compassionate support at your home in Sydney or Melbourne
